Taken after a long day yesterday while winding down.
Did a couple of DIY activities today which reminds me that we need to continue to believe in ourselves. Sometimes, we get to do things that usually we will not choose to do. But because that is the only option, we do it nonetheless. That experience teaches us that there are times the universe points us to certain directions that may not be within our idea of perfect. We can grow angry or annoyed with being out of our comfort zone, but it teaches us patience – patience to wait for the lesson, patience to take challenge and see where it leads us. And bask in the sense of fulfillment once we do it…successfully.
Two years ago this time, I was crying my heart out because of happiness. A year ago, I was recovering and got to make soaps again.
Today, I (all of us) are in situations that are full of uncertainty. It calls for patience and a dash of positivity so we ‘enjoy’ the process. There are lots to be grateful for and we need to be deliberate in looking in that direction so we don’t get enslaved by negative thoughts and worries. Wait and see what we learn in all of this. Hope for the best and pray for better to happen.
