Forgiveness, hope, compassion and gratitude.
These concepts have been the thoughts I have been clinging to over the last couple of months. We all have experienced pain and disappointments – some of others, some of ourselves. These are the hardest to let go of especially because it is the most hurtful when done by the people closest to us. And with everyday of thought of those hurts, we only hope for better days – better days when the world gets back to ‘normal’ and what we have been accustomed to.
But in the end, we realize that those events happened with the objective of making us realize we are stronger than we think. We learn that we are tougher because we survived. We are wiser because we learned.
And as we go through everyday, we sympathize with those who go through it too. We relate better especially with those who experience the same. Then we try to be more supportive and helpful to those who goes through the same and we give a little bit more of our hearts with compassion.
And more so, in everyday we always get to witness that with all the bad and ugly, there are tons to be thankful for. Every minute we breathe through our lives, the world abounds of blessings showered unto us.
In humility, we spring up full of gratitude and we pray that we continue to have the humility to accept in as much as we receive. We have the power to rise in anything – with the right intention, attention, expectation, and unconditional love.
