I woke up thinking it was already Sunday. It was a rainy morning so perfect weather to run! Been a full day of errands yesterday and did all of those after shift on Thu. But a good day and we got what we needed to do.
Good 10km mileage today. 1km warmup, 5km run, 4km walk-run. Not my best pace but better than no run! Took new routes today and it did help with the motivation to keep going!
Resonating thoughts this morning: Random situations often lead to what the Universe wants to show us or where it is leading us. It may be a new route, another turn, or that “inner voice” to start or do something. Lots of seemingly random events but after a while, we realize it is not random at all. 🙂 It was either a detour or a redirection.
And in the end, we are where we are supposed to be. The “decisions” we made were guided all along. And all we needed to do was trust the (Universe’s) process. 🧙♀️🧚♀️🧞♀️🧝♀️🧟♀️
Series of grown up decisions. We learn more. We learn to trust the process. But more than those, we learn more to be patient with ourselves.
